Research

The dada movement was formed during the first world war and is often satirical and nonsensical in nature. There is no consensus on the origin of the movement's name; a common story is that the Austrian artist Richard Huelsenbeck plunged a knife at random into a dictionary, where it landed on "dada", a colloquial French term for a hobby horse.

Hannah Hoch

The first image is a bouquet of eyes that are from humans and different animals, creating a bright and vibrant image making the eyes act like flowers.

In the second image the eyes and hand are out of proportion when compared to the head and fan. Theres a bright orange what looks to be knitted halo around the woman head.

Raoul Hausmann

In the first image theres music notes and a lot of texts as the background. Theres also different instruments like the guitar in the top left corner.

The second image has a machine over someones head almost as if thats how the brain works. Then theres the abdomen of a human shown in the bottom/middle on the right hand side. Almost as if the image is trying to represent the different sciences.

Jerry Uselmann

He is an american photographer in the 20th century he creates surreal, spiritual and thought-provoking images.

The image of the arch portrays an idea that nothing is more powerful or deadly that the sea. As the storm shown on the top of the image is what formed the arch though erosion. Where the woman is lying under the carm water its almost as if she had drown in the storm.
The last image shows a house growing out of a tree stump this is implying that everything on our planet even everything humankind has made has originally come from the earth.
